Information about Police General Nguyen Duy Ngoc being promoted to Chief of the Party Central Committee Office was revealed a month ago on social media.
Today, June 01, 2024, a document “INVITATION” appeared sent by the Party Central Office to Vietnamese state press and media agencies announcing this.
An internal source has just confirmed that this document is true, and also added that Ms. Truong Thi Mai was removed from the Secretariat for this move, in accordance with To Lam’s “deployment of his troops” in order to increased his support and strengthened his power when he assumed the title of State President.
