Communist party blocks living way for people selling lottery tickets!

It can be said that Vietnam is a “powerful lottery ticket country. Even in the lowlands of the world, in this Southeast Asian region, there is no other country with as many ticket sellers as Vietnam. In the first 3 months of the year, Vietnamese people spent VND35 trillion to buy lottery tickets, a huge number.

The high number of ticket sellers say two things, first, that society does not create jobs for the people, so the poor are forced to choose to sell lottery tickets. Second, the Vietnamese people are so desperate, so they look to lottery tickets as luck. All due to the bad leadership of the Communist Party.

It is inhumane for street vendors to hold lottery tickets

The lottery industry is a state monopoly gambling industry. This industry itself does not create any wealth for the society, it feeds on the people, but it does not make money. Therefore, the fact that people join the lottery ticket sales team is increasing day by day, showing that Vietnam is a deadlocked society. The Communist government is stuck in the problem of creating jobs for people, and people are also stuck in the issue of making a living.

Although the lottery industry does not create wealth for society, it is also a buoy for the poor, when they do not know how to cling to other jobs. Lottery ticket sellers are seen as the bottom line of poverty. However, through the policy of lottery companies, the Communist state is reaching out its hairy hand, to strangle the most destitute people in society – that is, the ticket seller.

In the past, lottery ticket sellers, if they could not sell all of them, could return the lottery tickets to the dealer, as long as the lottery results were announced before the time.

Recently, the Southern Regional Lottery Council issued Resolution No. 68. This resolution requires member companies and agents, to receive back unsold lottery tickets for level 2 agents and street vendors. Unsold lottery tickets are lottery tickets that are not sold out in a day, that is, according to Resolution No. 68, lottery ticket sellers can return unsold lottery tickets after the lottery opening time. However, after more than 2 weeks, many people selling lottery tickets said that they still have not been able to return unsold tickets.

On the other hand, according to informed agents, Resolution 68 is not to sell lottery tickets online, and at the same time, if there are 100 unsold tickets, only 3 sheets will be returned.

Thus, this Resolution 68 has pushed lottery ticket sellers on a more miserable path. Lottery ticket sellers take tickets to sell, depending on their ability to get and estimate the quantity, how to sell them all. However, it is normal for business to have a bad day. If it is a consumable product, then the goods left behind today can still be sold tomorrow, but the lottery ticket cannot. If they can’t return it to the agent, then the seller will lose the lost ticket. Because after the book time, the unsold tickets will turn into a messy paper.

Allowing only 3% of unsold tickets to be returned is a cruel practice. Because it is not always possible for the street vendor to return to the dealer to return the ticket before the time of the lottery. There are times when there are force majeure reasons why vendors cannot return soon, for example, rainstorms, natural disasters, accidents, or simply being stuck in traffic…

The lottery company decided not to accept the loss for themselves, but they decided to push the loss to the lottery ticket sellers, who belong to the lower classes of society.

The lottery company is actually a state-owned gambling company. They did not use that profit to build or build anything for the country. They use the word “construction” not only to label beauty, to sublimate the act of gambling. The lottery company is the house, they never lose. They only have more or less profit. With them only paying 3% of the lost lottery tickets, that’s how they maximize their profits and pass on the losses to the poorest people in society. It’s cruel.

The Communist Party claims to be the Party of the working class, but considering how they treat the workers selling lottery tickets, it’s cruel. There are people with disabilities, mobility difficulties, not selling all lottery tickets, some people encountering wind and rain, bad weather cannot sell. At that time, they lost hundreds of lottery tickets, for them, this was “a whole fortune” but if they didn’t let them return, it was inhumane.
