Today, August 1, Minister of Public Security Luong Tam Quang transferred and appointed Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Quang Huyen from Bac Ninh to Lang Son to hold the position of Deputy Director of Lang Son provincial Police Department.
Previously, Minister of Public Security To Lam appointed Colonel Vu Nhu Ha- Deputy Director of the Department of Investigation Police on Corruption, Economic Crimes, and Smuggling (C03 – Ministry of Public Security)- to hold the position of Director of Lang Son provincial Police Department.
In April 2024, Thoibao.de reported leaked information that the entire leadership of Lang Son provincial Police Department had been arrested, from the Director to the Deputy Directors and heads of departments on charges of spying for China, but for the public, they were said to have been guilty of smuggling.
