A German court has officially sent a summons to Vietnamese billionair Pham Nhat Vuong to Berlin for the lawsuit against journalist Le Trung Khoa.
The summons schedule shows that the chairman of Vietnamese giant firm VIN must appear at the Berlin court at 10:00 am on November 4, 2025 at Landgericht Berlin II, Tegeler Weg 17-21, 10589 Berlin. Courtroom No. 143, 1st floor.
It is unclear whether Pham Nhat Vuong dares to come to court to cross-examine with journalist Le Trung Khoa, the owner of Thoibao.de.
