Police Lieutenant General Le Manh Cuong was also probed by Slovakia for Trinh Xuan Thanh’s abduction

Along with Senior Lieutenant General To Lam who was later promoted to General and earlier this week was elected as Vietnam’s State President, Lieutenant General Le Manh Cuong is also probed by Slovakia for the kidnapping of Trinh Xuan Thanh.
