The two were arrested at an unnamed hotel in the early hours of the morning of June 25, and have now been released on bail but are prohibited from leaving Spain pending an ongoing criminal investigation after appearing in front of an investigating judge in a closed court.
Ultima Hora said the men and women stayed in separate hotels and chatted at a nearby restaurant before she agreed to go to the Vietnamese couple’s room after spending time on the beach with them.
She was examined by doctors at the Son Espases Hospital in the Majorca capital Palma as part of standard procedure before making a statement to the police.
