However, there is no congratulation! On the contrary, this civil servant ruthlessly tore up the marriage certificate of that young couple, on the very important day of a person’s life. Just because, the couple do not accept to pay the fee 4 times higher than the specified price, ie 300 Euro.
In the end, for the job, the young couple had to agree to pay 300 Euros, and the other civil servant reprinted another marriage certificate and issued it to the young couple.
